Please note that all merchandise purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Shipping delays outside our control

• Minor wash, dye, or tonal variations

• Natural fabric or print variation

Please review sizing charts carefully or get in touch with us about sizing suggestions before purchasing.

Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for washing and caring for their items according to the care instructions provided. Interlude is not liable for damage caused by:

• Washing at temperatures higher than recommended

• Bleach use

• High heat drying

• Ironing directly on printed areas

• Improper garment care

Damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@interlude-collective.com

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion in accordance with American consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production or fulfillment. Because many of our items are produced on demand, orders are processed quickly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Interlude is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Natural Variations

Each garment is produced in small batches. Slight variations in color tone, wash, and print placement may occur. These are not considered defects and reflect authentic garment production.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to the terms outlined in our policies. If you experience an issue with your order, you agree to contact Interlude directly at admin@interlude-collective.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of these Terms.

• Provide documentation of order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor

• Recover associated chargeback fees and administrative costs where permitted by law

• Refuse future service to customers who initiate fraudulent or unjustified disputes

Chargebacks filed for:

• Orders marked as delivered

• Orders placed with correct confirmation

• Items clearly described and received as ordered

may be formally contested.
